Tail of the Moon (Tsuki no Shippo)
The premise of this story is so appallingly sexist and misogynist that I can only gape in astonishment that Viz thought it fit to license. The heroine's goal throughout the entire series is literally to try to get married to some guy who doesn't want her so she can become breeding stock for her clan O_O No joke - her grandfather is trying to sell her off as sexual property. And it's played out as romance. Hellllo, patriarchy!
Viz Book Description: "Usagi is the granddaughter of the leader of a presitgious ninja village, but she's such a klutz that she's never made it out of the kiddie class. Frustrated with Usagi's lack of progress, her grandfather sends her to marry Lord Hanzo and have lots of ninja babies. But the lord has no interest in her or her childbearing potential!"
