Ahhhh, I am getting sooo old. They never were a big mainstream band, popular mostly with the advent guard and space music crowd. Had they are not as active as they once were - hell, they must be in their 70's by now. I support anything you want to do. I trust you. And I love the look of the strawberries. Given that I never hear the name except from certain music fans, I honestly don't know if I'm missing a strong name connection due to my age or what :) The name of the site made sense once upon a time, but it has been neither orange nor tangerine themed for a long time (I liked the idea of girls' manga being both sweet and tart, and the word just feels good on the tongue). At this point it's a branding issue, and I really don't want to change the name unless it's a really good replacement. However the disconnect is definitely greater now with the current strawberry theme! I'm open to suggestions for a rename along fruity lines. "Strawberry Dreams" feels too generically feminine and there's no guarantee I will stick with a strawberry theme in the future. I am older person and whenever I heard the name Tangerine Dream, I immediately think of those pioneers of gothic synthezier music. I would very much hate to see you sued. Maybe the relaunch could include a new name? Ironic that this web has nice picture of a delicious fruit that is NOT tangerine. Just don't put it against an Alarm Clock!
